that moment in life when things get LEGEND-DARY

Hey Sheepies, I haven’t forgot you. It’s now TIME TO TYPE GOOD!

My life 2 weeks ago can be summed up as; waking up in the PM, feeling tiered all day, not going to sleep till 3-4am (if I was lucky. Sometimes I got to see Karl say good morning) and applying for jobs when I wasn’t so fed up with the process!

…But then… KUNG POW, awesomeness in the face!!! and life got good.  

I have lived almost the best two weeks I’ve ever lived. I have had good moments in life; like the time I saw Karl Stefanovic on schoolies or the time I won the grade 6 Fire Safety Award at my last Tarnagulla Primary school concert or the time I won luggage in a raffle - okay so I was 4 and didn’t understand that luggage was a good win but the floral travel bag still works tremendously and holds so much!

My great two weeks started when one of my best friends said there was a job going at her cousin’s work – which I got! Boo yeah! Okay so look I don’t want to be a claims assistant forever and the work is rather stressful but I work with good people who make work as good as it can be. They also pay me weekly, thank god it’s not monthly, I’d die or worse, starve!

I got a place in Northbank. Very central with views of the Yarra and Crown. I hope to get my keys next week so I can move, whoop, whoop! Bond/Rent have cleared lease signed receipt given, just the keys is all I need!

I also won a $200 Love of Eos voucher. I spent it, obviously. New top, jumper, dress and blazer = 194.50. I got that in the mail so that was cool, good products for nothing. I love a bargain but I’ve really out done myself!

I also got a beanie delivered. It’s super cute, I’m getting another one. Different colours so I can be cute all winter when I’m not being a business woman! (As seen below but you can't see the pom-pom. Cos the pom-pom makes it).

AND THE BEST NEWS OF ALL!!!!!!!!! I finally picked my watermelon. Its ripe, juicy and a delight to eat. I won’t lie, it was a long wait and took a lot of restraint to not prematurely pick it, but the wait was worth it! It weighs 12.4 kg, I could barely lift it about my head – okay so I may need to do some weights and work out more so next summer I can life a 20kg watermelon. That’s my 2013 goal, a bigger melon.

So hopefully you’re happy for me! It’s either that or you’re sick of me gloating about how good stuff is at the moment. If that is the case I completely understand, you do have a crap life.

I was going to try and not get too excited about life cos something bad will happen, but fuck that! MY LIFE IS GRAND and exciting and LEGENDARY!

So I will get back to a blogggie a week. To keep some people occupied. I like to fulfill some enjoyment in the people I likes life, if they can be bothered to read me.

Lastly I’ll end on a random note… I saw that boat/yacht burning in the docklands, first hand. It was exciting and thrilling – obviously disappointing for the new owners who saw $4million burn in front of them but exciting for me to watch fire fighters attempt to put out a fire on water. How odd, putting water on a fire that’s on water.
